Quick answer
Enter Vicho’s Svartrau shop through the second-floor balcony at night. Follow the body, key and deed clues in A Study in Crimson, then visit the medic during the next daytime period for The Good Samaritan.
Read the note at the southern farm to trigger The Unquenchable Thirst trophy, then return to Vicho at night. The later An Unquenchable Thirst quest is a separate follow-up branch.
Evidence checked October 15, 2026. The entrance, investigation and farm-note trophy trigger are checked against original walkthroughs and Method’s guide. Final dialogue branches need a save; no universal survival or delivery deadline is promised.
Keep Vicho’s investigation in context with the Quests & Quest Order, Trophy Guide, Lacra Quest & Romance and 30-Day Time Limit.
Enter Vicho's shop at night
Go to Vicho's shop in Svartrau at night, climb to the second-floor balcony, and head downstairs. PowerPyx says this section needs at least four remaining night segments; check the displayed cost before committing, or return another night.
Keep a manual save before the conversation. Method records that refusing to help fails the quest. Do not treat every dialogue choice as harmless.
Follow A Study in Crimson
Investigate Devora's body upstairs and Eli's body in the basement. Eli's Jeweller's Key opens the box beneath the stairs; it is separate from the key for the doctor's house.
Find the doctor's-house key at the shed's table and books. Search the house upstairs for the Property Deed, which sends you to the warehouse. Enter from the balcony at the rear, on the third floor, then descend to confront Doctor Simeon.
The completion message after this encounter does not finish Vicho's whole story. Continue with the daytime investigation below.
Continue with The Good Samaritan
During the next daytime period, speak to the medic in central Svartrau and investigate the farm south of town. Search the bodies, including the one near two wolves in the southern field, and read its note.
PowerPyx identifies that note as the trigger for The Unquenchable Thirst trophy and the next Vicho objective. Finding it is distinct from the later conversation at the shop. Return to the medic during daytime, then visit Vicho again at night.
Final conversation and Vicho's Cross
Save before reporting what you found. PowerPyx documents an outcome in which revealing the truth and permitting the fatal choice removes Vicho. Method describes offering help with blood transport as the branch that starts An Unquenchable Thirst.
That follow-up quest is separate from The Unquenchable Thirst trophy. The sources used here do not establish a complete delivery schedule or a guaranteed survival route for every choice. Follow the objectives in your save.
PowerPyx places Vicho's Cross upstairs after the final decision. Check the upper floor before leaving.
