Quick answer
The PS5 list contains 47 trophies: 1 Platinum, 3 Gold, 5 Silver, and 38 Bronze. PowerPyx estimates 5/10 difficulty and 40–60 hours, and its launch roadmap treats the list as fully offline.
The same roadmap reports no post-story free roam, mission select, or New Game Plus, so one-playthrough completion relies on manual saves and reloads around mutually exclusive choices. Preserve several rotating saves throughout the 30-day campaign.

Protect a Platinum run by pairing this roadmap with the PS5 Guide, New Game Plus Status and 30-Day Time Limit.
Trophy overview
The PS5 set contains 47 trophies: 1 Platinum, 3 Gold, 5 Silver, and 38 Bronze. The platform identity comes from PlayStation material; the full names and grades below are a third-party dataset cross-checked between Exophase and PowerPyx. PS5 hidden flags were not independently confirmed.
PowerPyx estimates 5/10 difficulty and 40–60 hours. It describes all 47 trophies as offline. Those are launch-roadmap estimates, not Sony metadata, and they vary with skill, route, exploration, and reload time.
Low-spoiler Platinum roadmap
- Start on the Duelist preset if you want Uphill Battle. The launch guide says not to lower difficulty or use custom modifiers.
- Maintain rotating manual saves across the 30-day campaign.
- Complete disappearing-NPC, companion, collection, and skill-spend objectives before the finale.
- Create a dedicated save before the final mission.
- Trigger each mutually exclusive ending trophy, reload that save, and take the next branch.
“One playthrough” here means one main campaign file plus multiple reloads, not one uninterrupted story line. A launch guide reports no post-story free roam, mission select, or New Game Plus.
High-risk trophies
- Uphill Battle: complete the whole game on Duelist and save Laslea.
- Selfish: a launch guide reports the fishmonger disappears after Infamy 9; sell a fish earlier.
- The Turncoat / The Patricide / The Knyazmaker / The Folk Hero: mutually exclusive finale branches; preserve one dedicated pre-finale save.
- Companion trophies: Anca, Lacra, and Crake routes can be disrupted by missed quest or choice states.
- Skill ultimates: plan Skill Point spending across Swordmastery, Witchcraft, and Vampirism.
- Delivery Delay: the trophy text requires eight transports. A separate “8/10” guide notation does not change the trophy requirement to ten.
Exact missable counts conflict between launch guides—18 versus 19—so risk-by-risk planning is more reliable than publishing one number. Steam reports 21 hidden achievements, while a PS5 guide says 17 hidden trophies; Steam flags must not be copied to PS5.
One-playthrough checkpoint plan
The checked roadmap reports 54 manual save slots, plus rotating quicksaves and autosaves. Use that capacity as a recoverable chapter structure rather than repeatedly overwriting one file.
| Checkpoint | Trophy risk protected | | -------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Start of the game on untouched Duelist | Uphill Battle; changing a modifier turns the preset into Custom and voids the documented requirement. | | Before the prologue clock expires | Esme's medicine outcome and family rescue; the verified recipe is hot water plus three herb spoonfuls. | | Before Infamy 9 | Selfish and easier access to the Svartrau silver trader for Smuggler. | | Before late companion quests | Sins of the Past, Misery Loves Company, and The Manumit. | | Before spending 39 points in one tree | Master of Arms and Arch Warlock without permanently committing the same saved points twice. | | Before the final mission | The four mutually exclusive Brencis outcomes and In the Nick of Time. |
For Selfish, visit the daytime market in Svartrau while the fishmonger is still present. The launch guide says she appears on the map as a Food Vendor; buying a dried fish and selling it back satisfies the action. For Smuggler, keep silver items until the dedicated trader will deal with Coen at Infamy 4 or above, then sell before access becomes hostile at peak Infamy.
The secret escape ending tied to A Hero They Deserve does not count as the full Laslea-saving conclusion required by Uphill Battle. Finish at least one of the four main endings on an unchanged Duelist preset and play through the credits before treating the difficulty run as complete.
Skill and combat trophy planning
PowerPyx's launch roadmap reports that the Swordmastery and Witchcraft Ultimate paths require spending 35 points in the relevant tree before paying four more for an Ultimate. Its Vampirism route instead ties the Ultimate to Corruption 15. These are substantial commitments, so make a manual save before the final spend if you want to inspect another branch without rebuilding the whole character.
There is no documented respec function in the checked launch version. The efficient trophy method is therefore to bank at least 39 spendable points, save, buy the required Swordmastery path and Ultimate, then reload and repeat for Witchcraft after collecting the necessary manuals. Vampirism does not use that same 39-point gate; keep feeding and using bite abilities until Corruption reaches 15, then unlock its Ultimate from that state.
Several combat trophies are easier when planned as small setups rather than left to chance:
- Untouchable asks for five Perfect Blocks in a row. Use one readable enemy and avoid a crowded encounter.
- Better Safe than Sorry requires Artery Strike to behead an enemy already hexed with Burning Blood, so equip both tools before looking for a suitable target.
- Make It Rain needs an enemy to explode from an Active Ability; confirm the killing blow came from the ability rather than a normal attack or damage effect.
- Absolutely Insatiable is a loadout check: equip three Passive Abilities at once after opening enough slots.
- Mastery asks you to fully level one ability path, so concentrating manuals and upgrades is safer than spreading every resource evenly.
These trophies are sensitive to equipped abilities, available manuals, and the exact killing action. Quicksave before attempting them and confirm the trophy notification before changing the setup.
Exploration and economy checklist
The map and money trophies are best handled alongside quests:
- Climb each tower to reveal its region before committing story time to isolated icons.
- Visit every village as routes take you across Vale Sangora instead of leaving all travel to the finale.
- Remove Brencis's flags and destroy vrakhiri transports when the route is safe, then keep your own running count.
- Preserve fish for Selfish and sell one before reaching high Infamy, because the launch roadmap reports the fishmonger can disappear at Infamy 9.
- Route silver to the correct trader for Smuggler; ordinary merchant sales should not be assumed to count toward its 1,000-denarii condition.
- Do not spend down immediately before checking Miser, which requires holding 5,000 denarii rather than earning that amount cumulatively.
The launch roadmap's collectible routing lists 11 towers, 5 Brencis banners, and 8 villages. It identifies ten available vrakhiri transports, but the trophy text only requires destroying eight. Track the trophy requirement, not the total number of map opportunities.
The complete list below is the authority for the required count. For example, Delivery Delay says eight transports even though one walkthrough uses an “8/10” progress notation for available targets.
Companion and story-route protection
Anca, Lacra, and Crake each have long chains that connect to trophies and later ending variations. Finish their prerequisite quests before the final mission, and preserve separate saves before Anca's Font, Lacra's Mandrake sequence, and Crake's late Manumit decisions. The romance scene itself is not a substitute for the companion trophy condition shown in the list.
The most conservative save structure is:
- A rolling campaign save before every major time commitment.
- A companion save before each late personal-quest decision.
- A build save before Ultimate spending.
- A permanent pre-finale save for the four mutually exclusive Brencis outcomes.
This structure does not guarantee every missable after an unknown quest failure, but it minimizes the number of hours lost to a wrong branch.
Ending cleanup — high spoilers
Create one manual save before the final mission, then use it to reach The Turncoat, The Patricide, The Knyazmaker, and The Folk Hero through their respective Brencis outcomes. Reload after each trophy registers. Do not invent a trophy for an early or time-out ending; none is supported by the checked 47-row set.

Bug and patch status
The checked official 1.0.2 and PC 1.0.3 notes do not list trophy-trigger fixes. That does not prove there are zero trophy bugs. Preserve the save immediately before any high-risk trigger and confirm the platform trophy notification before continuing.
