Drinking Vrakhir Blood unlocks or upgrades powerful vampire abilities, but it also increases Coen's Corruption. Treat each vial as a build decision: save before consuming it, check the ability preview, and remember that higher Corruption also opens other vampiric abilities.

Lacra's companion chain grants two separate vampire abilities without using the three Court boss rewards:
