How to start Forge It Anew
Complete A Monk and a Saint, then read the note in St. Mihai's coffin. The quest sends you after three silver-sword shards. You can collect them in any practical order.

Reforge the Sword of St. Mihai
Take all three shards to the Uriashi blacksmith at Uriashi Hermitage in northwest Briar Sloughs. After the sword is reforged, follow the ritual step to the ancient ruin and quench it in the red magic.
The completed reward is the legendary Imbued Sword of St. Mihai. This is one of the most reliable named endgame weapon routes because its acquisition is quest-based rather than a random drop.
Before you finish
- Keep a save before handing in the final shard and before the ritual.
- Pick up the shrine near Uriashi Hermitage to shorten return trips.
- Reforging the sword is also connected to the later A Bulwark Against Darkness armor route.
